Basically there are lots of problems in Bihar  main and root problem is lack of education . Education is that people understand what is wrong and right , education gives power of mind . If bihar is getting above 80 % literacy rate , bihar will be the shining state of India . Ad per data with lack of education the largest number of civil services personnel are Bihari.


And other problems comes after education is corruption , corruption is not only problem of Bihar but also all india is facing it. Where there is lack of awareness, lack of education , obviously there will be high corruption rate . Example. Lalu prasad yadav

Poverty is also major problem of India , in bihar there is also large problem of poverty . People are not getting food. For earn livelihood they adopt labourism and take food . For earning livelihood parents don't send his children to school ,they involve in work .


Key point to reduce problem of Bihar


1. MNREGA


2. Development of infrastructure


3. Development of tourism


4. Free Education till 12th for below poverty line


5. Increase employment


6. Industrialization.
